Information VOW collects

VOW may collect account and profile information, subscription and billing status, creator submissions, viewing activity, playback progress, favorites, support requests, device and security information, and the records needed to operate advertising, creator and ambassador programs.

How information is used

We use information to operate and secure VOW, authenticate accounts, provide playback and Continue Watching, process subscriptions and submissions, communicate account or programming updates, calculate analytics and creator earnings, prevent fraud, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Payments and media services

Payment transactions and streaming delivery may be handled by contracted service providers. VOW does not place full payment-card details in public pages, client analytics or the offline app cache.

Sharing and retention

VOW does not sell private customer information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the platform, comply with law, protect VOW and its community, or complete a transaction requested by the customer. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You may update available profile and message preferences in your account. For access, correction or deletion requests, email watchvow@gmail.com. Some billing, rights, security or legal records may need to be retained.

App and offline behavior

The VOW Progressive Web App stores only a limited public application shell for safe offline access. Private pages, account responses, playback authorization and API data are excluded from service-worker caching.
